SEG2GO was founded in 2009-2010, its goal being to both combine tourism and electromobility and to offer an alternative to traditional sightseeing tours. In spring 2017 SEG2GO acquired the Segway tour operating business from its former competitor Yoove including the base located at Potsdamer Platz and the shop and office in Potsdam (Benkertstr. 9, 14467 Potsdam) directly located in the Dutch Quarter. With an amount of more than 60 Segways, SEG2GO is the biggest player in the Berlin and Brandenburg market and the only company which is able to organize and operate group sizes with 50+ participants.
